Two-way sync
Changes in Azure SQL Database or Insightly instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Azure SQL Database and Insightly in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Product and engineering teams constantly need CRM data, and the CRM API is a poor way to get it: rate limits, pagination, custom objects, and integration code that breaks when an admin renames a field. What they actually want is the data in Azure SQL Database, where it can be queried and joined like everything else.
Stacksync mirrors Organizations, Leads, Opportunities, Projects from Insightly into Stored procedures, Change tracking / CDC tables, Tables, Views in Azure SQL Database with real-time, bi-directional sync. Read CRM records with plain queries; write updates from your application and they appear in Insightly with validation intact. Go-to-market teams keep working in the CRM, engineers keep working in the database, and neither has to think about the other.
Field and stage updates in Insightly arrive as row changes in Azure SQL Database, ready to drive jobs and notifications.
Accounts, contacts, and custom objects from Insightly become tables in Azure SQL Database you can join with application data directly.
Signup, usage, or lifecycle changes written to Azure SQL Database sync onto the matching records in Insightly, giving go-to-market teams live product context.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Azure SQL Database objects | Insightly objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Change tracking / CDC tables System-maintained change records used to drive incremental sync. | Contacts Person records sync with marketing and support tools to keep one contact list. | |
| Tables The primary sync target; rows map one-to-one to records in the paired system. | Organizations Company records map to accounts in ERPs and other CRMs. | |
| Views Read-only projections used when the sync should expose a curated shape rather than raw tables. | Leads Unqualified prospects sync in from forms and enrichment sources before conversion. | |
| Schemas Namespaces that organize tables and control which objects a sync user can reach. | Opportunities Pipeline records feed forecasting and warehouse-based reporting. | |
| Rows and columns Standard relational records with typed columns; primary keys anchor upserts. | Projects Delivery records created from won opportunities sync with PSA and task tools. | |
| Stored procedures Existing business logic that some teams invoke on write instead of direct table inserts. | Tasks Activity records keep follow-ups consistent across systems. |

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Azure SQL Database and Insightly with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Azure SQL Database and Insightly objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Azure SQL Database and Insightly: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Azure SQL Database's Change tracking / CDC tables and Tables), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Azure SQL Database: SQL wire protocol (TDS), the same protocol as SQL Server; T-SQL over standard drivers. Authentication: SQL authentication (database credentials) or Microsoft Entra ID authentication. Insightly: REST API (versioned). Authentication: API key sent via HTTP Basic authentication. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Insightly: The API authenticates with a per-user API key passed over HTTP Basic authentication rather than an OAuth flow. Azure SQL Database: It speaks the same TDS protocol as on-premises SQL Server, so existing SQL Server drivers and tools connect without modification. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Azure SQL Database and Insightly without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Azure SQL Database and Insightly records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Azure SQL Database and Insightly connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Azure SQL Database–Insightly integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Azure SQL Database and Insightly. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
