Two-way sync
Changes in Auth0 or Unleashed Software instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Auth0 and Unleashed Software in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. Unleashed Software holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Auth0 controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in Unleashed Software and their account still being active in Auth0 is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Stock Adjustments, Bills of Materials, Invoices, Products in Unleashed Software with Users, Roles, Organizations, Organization Members in Auth0 in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
A name, email, title, manager, or department corrected in either system updates the other, so directory entries and employee records don't drift apart.
When someone changes team or department, their group or organizational-unit membership updates to match, keeping access tied to their current role.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Auth0 objects | Unleashed Software objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users Core identity records with profile fields plus user_metadata and app_metadata; synced two-way (create, update, delete) via /api/v2/users. Credentials are never returned. | Bills of Materials Production definitions used by assemblies; relevant for manufacturers syncing production data. | Users is specific to Auth0 and Bills of Materials to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Roles RBAC role definitions and their permissions; synced with a database to audit which users hold which access, and assigned to Users from either side. | Invoices Sales invoices raised from orders, synced into accounting systems. | Roles is specific to Auth0 and Invoices to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organizations B2B customer tenants under /api/v2/organizations; synced two-way with a CRM or customer database to keep account records aligned with Auth0 orgs. | Products SKU master records with pricing, units of measure, and inventory settings. | Organizations is specific to Auth0 and Products to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organization Members Membership records linking Users to Organizations with roles; written to provision and deprovision access as accounts change. | Stock On Hand Quantity and value per product per warehouse; the read source for availability syncs. | Organization Members is specific to Auth0 and Stock On Hand to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Connections Identity-provider configs (database, social, enterprise SAML/OIDC); typically read out to inventory how each tenant authenticates. | Sales Orders Outbound orders with lines, status, and fulfillment detail; a common write target from storefronts and CRMs. | Connections is specific to Auth0 and Sales Orders to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Clients (Applications) Registered applications and their metadata under /api/v2/clients; mirrored to a database for app and credential inventories. | Purchase Orders Inbound supply orders synced for procurement visibility. | Clients (Applications) is specific to Auth0 and Purchase Orders to Unleashed Software — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAuth0 notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Event Streams and Log Streams deliver near-real-time user.created/updated/deleted and tenant events to a custom webhook or Amazon EventBridge.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Unleashed Software through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Unleashed Software for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling with modified-date filters on list endpoints.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Auth0 and Unleashed Software with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Auth0 and Unleashed Software objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Auth0 and Unleashed Software: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Auth0's Users and Roles), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Auth0 and Unleashed Software: Keep profile attributes current; Align group and department membership; One roster on a shared key. A name, email, title, manager, or department corrected in either system updates the other, so directory entries and employee records don't drift apart.
Auth0: Management API v2 (REST); Authentication API issues the access token. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials from a machine-to-machine application; scoped Bearer JWT where each operation needs its own scope (e.g. read:users, create:users, update:users) or returns 403. Unleashed Software: REST API. Authentication: API ID plus API key, with each request signed using an HMAC-SHA256 of the query string. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Unleashed Software: Every API request must carry an HMAC-SHA256 signature of the query string generated with the account's API key, sent alongside the API ID header. Auth0: Passwords are never returned by the API — hashes can only be written into a database connection via the bulk user-import job, not read out. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Auth0 and Unleashed Software without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Auth0 and Unleashed Software records are not retained after a sync operation.
