Real-time sync
Changes in Anthropic or SugarCRM instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Anthropic and SugarCRM in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Anthropic is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into SugarCRM, so SugarCRM always reflects the current state of Anthropic — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Anthropic turns data into something a revenue team can act on: scores, classifications, summaries, and embeddings. But the customers those results describe live in SugarCRM, where reps and marketers actually work. Intelligence that stays inside Anthropic rarely reaches the record where a decision gets made, and Anthropic is only as sharp as the data it sees, which is also held in SugarCRM.
Because the mapping is field-level, you choose exactly which attributes cross and in which direction, so SugarCRM stays the record of the customer while Anthropic stays where the computation happens.
Lead scores, fit ratings, or priority computed in Anthropic land as fields on the matching contact or account in SugarCRM, so reps sort and act on them without leaving the CRM.
Categories, sentiment, or intent produced in Anthropic attach to the right contact, account, or deal in SugarCRM, keeping segmentation current as new data arrives.
Contacts, accounts, and notes from SugarCRM sync into Anthropic as they change, so embeddings or search stay aligned with the live CRM instead of a stale export.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Anthropic objects | SugarCRM objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workspaces Organization workspaces from the Admin API (/v1/organizations/workspaces); synced read-mostly so usage, keys, and members can be mapped to the workspace they belong to. | Custom modules Modules built with Module Builder get the same REST endpoints as stock ones. | Workspaces is specific to Anthropic and Custom modules to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Organization Members Users in the organization with their role from /v1/organizations/users; read into an IdP or HR database for access auditing rather than written back. | Accounts Company records, the usual join key against ERP customer masters. | Organization Members is specific to Anthropic and Accounts to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| API Keys Key metadata — name, owning workspace, status, creator — from /v1/organizations/api_keys; the secret value is never returned. Read-only, useful for a security key inventory. | Contacts People linked to accounts, synced with marketing and support systems. | API Keys is specific to Anthropic and Contacts to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Invites Pending organization invitations from /v1/organizations/invites; read to track who has been invited to the org but has not yet accepted. | Leads Unqualified prospects that convert into contacts and opportunities. | Invites is specific to Anthropic and Leads to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Message Batches Asynchronous batch jobs at /v1/messages/batches; the connector polls processing_status and reads per-request results keyed by custom_id once a batch has ended. | Opportunities Deals with revenue line items, synced to forecasting and billing. | Message Batches is specific to Anthropic and Opportunities to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Models Claude model catalog from /v1/models with model IDs, context window, max output, and capability flags; snapshotted into a config table so applications avoid hardcoding model IDs. | Cases Support tickets kept aligned with help desk tools. | Models is specific to Anthropic and Cases to SugarCRM — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls Anthropic for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to SugarCRM through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSugarCRM notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Polling on date_modified.
DeliveryAnthropic does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: Anthropic's output flows back as field updates on the originating SugarCRM records.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Anthropic and SugarCRM with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Anthropic and SugarCRM objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Anthropic and SugarCRM — Anthropic is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Change detection on Anthropic: Polling. Usage and cost reports are queried by time bucket (1m/1h/1d) over a date range; list endpoints paginate with has_more/next_page (or after_id). No general-purpose data-change webhooks (webhooks exist only for Managed Agents session state). On SugarCRM: Polling on date_modified; server-side web logic hooks can push record events to external URLs. Each detected change propagates to the other side in milliseconds, with field-level conflict resolution and an inspectable event log.
On the Anthropic side: Message Batches, Models, Usage Report (messages), Cost Report, plus custom fields where Anthropic exposes them. On the SugarCRM side: Cases, Calls and Meetings, Tasks, Campaigns. Stacksync auto-detects both schemas and converts types between the two systems.
Anthropic is a read-only source, so this integration runs one-way: Stacksync reads from Anthropic in real time and delivers into SugarCRM. Field mapping and monitoring work the same as for two-way pairs.
Common patterns for Anthropic and SugarCRM: Where Anthropic scores or ranks records: results on the CRM record; Where Anthropic classifies or tags: labels sync onto the record; Where Anthropic indexes records for retrieval: SugarCRM keeps it fresh. Lead scores, fit ratings, or priority computed in Anthropic land as fields on the matching contact or account in SugarCRM, so reps sort and act on them without leaving the CRM.
Anthropic: REST — Messages API at api.anthropic.com/v1 plus the Admin API (/v1/organizations/*) for organization, usage, and cost data. Authentication: API key in the x-api-key header for Messages, Models, Files, and Batches endpoints; the Admin API requires a separate Admin API key (sk-ant-admin...) with organization-admin permission. Every request also sends an anthropic-version header. SugarCRM: REST API with module-based endpoints. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens issued by the Sugar instance. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
