Two-way sync
Changes in Airtable or Zuora instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Airtable and Zuora in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Engineers need finance data more often than finance systems make it easy to get: for internal tools, reporting services, or logic that reacts to invoices and payments. Working through the vendor API means rate limits, pagination, and glue code that has to be maintained forever.
Stacksync mirrors Order and Amendment, Account (Billing Account), Subscription, Rate Plan and Rate Plan Charge from Zuora into Views, Linked records, Attachments, Collaborators in Airtable and keeps the two in sync bi-directionally and in real time. Your services read finance records with normal queries against Airtable, and rows your code writes or updates flow back into Zuora with validation, so the finance system stays the system of record.
Updates written to the synced tables in Airtable propagate into Zuora, so automations can create or correct finance records without custom integration code.
Changes in Zuora appear in Airtable as row changes, so you can trigger downstream logic with the database tooling you already use.
Customers, invoices, and payments from Zuora live in Airtable as regular tables or collections your team can join, index, and query.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Airtable objects | Zuora objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fields Typed columns including linked records, lookups, and rollups; computed fields are read-only in syncs. | Payment Payment and refund transactions applied against invoices; read for cash application, dunning, and reconciliation reporting in the warehouse. | Fields is specific to Airtable and Payment to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Views Filtered subsets of a table that can scope which records a sync reads. | Usage Metered consumption records; written into Zuora from a metering or warehouse pipeline so consumption-based charges are rated and invoiced. | Views is specific to Airtable and Usage to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Linked records Cross-table references that carry relationships between synced tables. | Order and Amendment Records of subscription create and change actions; written to Zuora to drive quote-to-cash and read for subscription change history. | Linked records is specific to Airtable and Order and Amendment to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Attachments File fields exposed as expiring URLs that syncs can mirror to other systems. | Account (Billing Account) The customer billing entity holding contacts, payment methods, and billing settings; synced two-way as the parent record most other Zuora objects hang off. | Attachments is specific to Airtable and Account (Billing Account) to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Collaborators User fields useful for mapping record ownership to accounts in a CRM or database. | Subscription Recurring or usage-based subscription tied to an Account; read for revenue state and written when provisioning or changing plans from a CRM or app. | Collaborators is specific to Airtable and Subscription to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Bases Top-level containers; each base has its own API endpoint and schema. | Rate Plan and Rate Plan Charge The priced components inside a Subscription; synced so charge amounts, quantities, and effective dates stay aligned with the source system. | Bases is specific to Airtable and Rate Plan and Rate Plan Charge to Zuora — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAirtable pushes changes as they happen — webhook events backed by change data capture. Incremental updates: changes in Airtable are detected and synced efficiently in realtime (webhook-based — creator role required to create webhooks).
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Zuora through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionZuora notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Incremental extraction on the indexed UpdatedDate column via ZOQL/AQuA stateful mode (high-water mark), plus Callout Notifications (webhooks) for.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Airtable through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Airtable–Zuora connection.

Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Airtable and Zuora with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Airtable and Zuora objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Airtable and Zuora: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Airtable's Fields and Views), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Airtable: REST API (per-base Web API plus metadata and webhooks endpoints). Authentication: OAuth (Airtable OAuth grant to specific bases or all resources); the authorizing user must have a `creator` role, since only creator roles can create webhooks. Zuora: REST API (v1) with Object Query, Data Query, and AQuA bulk export; legacy SOAP API also available. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials (bearer token, 3600s expiry); access is governed by the Zuora role of the OAuth client's associated user, with no granular scopes. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Zuora: Zuora recommends OAuth 2.0; tokens expire after 3600 seconds and the OAuth client's Zuora user role governs all access, since there are no per-scope permissions. Airtable: Formula fields don't emit change notifications; their values sync only every hour. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Airtable and Zuora without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Airtable and Zuora records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Airtable and Zuora connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Airtable–Zuora integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Airtable and Zuora. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
