Real-time sync
Changes in Affinity or Anthropic instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Affinity and Anthropic in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Anthropic is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Affinity, so Affinity always reflects the current state of Anthropic — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
Anthropic turns data into something a revenue team can act on: scores, classifications, summaries, and embeddings. But the customers those results describe live in Affinity, where reps and marketers actually work. Intelligence that stays inside Anthropic rarely reaches the record where a decision gets made, and Anthropic is only as sharp as the data it sees, which is also held in Affinity.
Because the mapping is field-level, you choose exactly which attributes cross and in which direction, so Affinity stays the record of the customer while Anthropic stays where the computation happens.
Summaries, next steps, or drafted messages generated in Anthropic write back onto the account or deal in Affinity, next to the relationship they describe.
Enriched attributes from Anthropic populate contact and company fields in Affinity, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Lead scores, fit ratings, or priority computed in Anthropic land as fields on the matching contact or account in Affinity, so reps sort and act on them without leaving the CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Affinity objects | Anthropic objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Field Values Custom field data, either global or scoped to a list, mapped field-by-field in syncs. | API Keys Key metadata — name, owning workspace, status, creator — from /v1/organizations/api_keys; the secret value is never returned. Read-only, useful for a security key inventory. | Field Values is specific to Affinity and API Keys to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Notes Meeting and call notes synced for record-keeping in other systems. | Invites Pending organization invitations from /v1/organizations/invites; read to track who has been invited to the org but has not yet accepted. | Notes is specific to Affinity and Invites to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Interactions Automatically captured emails and meetings, read for activity reporting. | Message Batches Asynchronous batch jobs at /v1/messages/batches; the connector polls processing_status and reads per-request results keyed by custom_id once a batch has ended. | Interactions is specific to Affinity and Message Batches to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reminders Follow-up tasks associated with people and organizations. | Models Claude model catalog from /v1/models with model IDs, context window, max output, and capability flags; snapshotted into a config table so applications avoid hardcoding model IDs. | Reminders is specific to Affinity and Models to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Lists Pipelines (deal flow, fundraising, portfolio) that structure most Affinity data; syncs usually target a specific list. | Usage Report (messages) Time-bucketed token usage (uncached input, cached input, cache creation, output) grouped by workspace, model, API key, and service tier from /v1/organizations/usage_report/messages; read-only, queried by date range at 1m/1h/1d bucket width. | Lists is specific to Affinity and Usage Report (messages) to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| List Entries The membership of a person, organization, or opportunity on a list, carrying its list-specific fields. | Cost Report Daily USD cost broken down by workspace, model, and cost type from /v1/organizations/cost_report; read-only, polled by date range for chargeback and FinOps reporting. | List Entries is specific to Affinity and Cost Report to Anthropic — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionAffinity notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhook subscriptions for record events, supplemented by polling.
DeliveryAnthropic does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: Anthropic's output flows back as field updates on the originating Affinity records.
DetectionStacksync polls Anthropic for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Affinity through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Affinity–Anthropic connection.
Changes in Affinity or Anthropic instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Affinity or Anthropic data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Affinity or Anthropic record.
Track your Affinity ⇄ Anthropic sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Affinity and Anthropic.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Affinity and Anthropic with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Affinity and Anthropic objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between Affinity and Anthropic — Anthropic is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Affinity: REST API. Authentication: API key. Anthropic: REST — Messages API at api.anthropic.com/v1 plus the Admin API (/v1/organizations/*) for organization, usage, and cost data. Authentication: API key in the x-api-key header for Messages, Models, Files, and Batches endpoints; the Admin API requires a separate Admin API key (sk-ant-admin...) with organization-admin permission. Every request also sends an anthropic-version header. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Anthropic: Message Batches complete asynchronously (usually within an hour, up to 24h) and results are retained for 29 days; the connector polls processing_status and reads results keyed by custom_id. Affinity: Affinity captures email and calendar interactions automatically, so much of its activity data is generated rather than manually entered. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Affinity and Anthropic without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Affinity and Anthropic records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Affinity and Anthropic connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Affinity–Anthropic integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Affinity and Anthropic. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
