Real-time sync
Changes in 6sense or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep 6sense and Sysaid in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
6sense is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Sysaid, so Sysaid always reflects the current state of 6sense — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
The CRM is supposed to be the record of every customer relationship, but customer-relevant information also accumulates in the other tools a team runs. Whatever Sysaid holds or produces that touches a customer, whether conversations, payments, replies, enriched data, or notes, the CRM only benefits if it arrives without someone copying it over.
Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from 6sense sync into Sysaid, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
Tickets and conversations attach to the right contact and account in 6sense, so sales sees open issues before the next call.
Enriched fields land directly on records in 6sense, and refreshes keep them from going stale.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| 6sense objects | Sysaid objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buying Stage Scores Model-predicted stage per account, synced onto CRM records for prioritization. | Users End users and admins on the /users endpoint; synced with an HRIS or identity source to keep requester and agent records current. | Buying Stage Scores is specific to 6sense and Users to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Intent Signals Keyword-level research activity used to flag in-market accounts. | Assets Hardware and software inventory; read out to a warehouse or written from a discovery or CMDB source of truth. | Intent Signals is specific to 6sense and Assets to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People / Contacts Persona and contact data surfaced for accounts, used to build outreach lists. | Configuration Items (CIs) CMDB entries and their relationships; synced with an external CMDB or asset database for one inventory view. | People / Contacts is specific to 6sense and Configuration Items (CIs) to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reach Scores Model scores reflecting the level and recency of outreach to an account or contact, used to prioritize follow-up. | Companies Customer and department organizations that scope tickets and users; mapped to Accounts in a CRM or org tables in a database. | Reach Scores is specific to 6sense and Companies to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Accounts Company records enriched with firmographics and intent data, matched to CRM accounts. | Custom Fields Org-specific fields on service records, discoverable through the API so mappings can be generated without hardcoding names. | Accounts is specific to 6sense and Custom Fields to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Segments Dynamic account lists built from intent and fit criteria, read out to drive targeting. | Incidents Break/fix tickets under /api/v1/sr with type=incident; created and updated two-way with status, priority, assignee, category, and SLA fields. | Segments is specific to 6sense and Incidents to Sysaid — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls 6sense for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Sysaid through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionSysaid notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks (beta) push sr.created and sr.updated events with changed-field diffs and an X-Sysaid-Signature.
Delivery6sense does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: 6sense's output flows back as field updates on the originating Sysaid records.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every 6sense–Sysaid connection.
Changes in 6sense or Sysaid instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever 6sense or Sysaid data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single 6sense or Sysaid record.
Track your 6sense ⇄ Sysaid sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between 6sense and Sysaid.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate 6sense and Sysaid with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the 6sense and Sysaid objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between 6sense and Sysaid — 6sense is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
Common patterns for 6sense and Sysaid: Where Sysaid can store CRM context: fields kept current; Where Sysaid handles support or shared inboxes; Where Sysaid supplies contact or company data. Owner, lifecycle stage, or account details from 6sense sync into Sysaid, so people working there have the context without switching tools.
6sense: REST API. Authentication: API key (token passed in request headers). Sysaid: REST API (JSON). Authentication: Client-credentials app keys: an application key (clientId/clientSecret) is created via /v1/application-keys, then exchanged at /v1/access-tokens for a bearer token (default 24h, up to 30 days); an x-sysaid-accountid header scopes the account. Legacy V0 uses session-cookie login. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Sysaid: The v1 API authenticates with client-credentials app keys, and each organization is limited to 100 application keys, so an integration should reuse a single key. 6sense: Segments are dynamic: accounts enter and leave based on intent and fit criteria, so integrations re-read membership rather than treating lists as static. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between 6sense and Sysaid without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means 6sense and Sysaid records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed 6sense and Sysaid connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom 6sense–Sysaid integration in-house.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
