Two-way sync
Changes in Salesmate or Snowflake instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Salesmate and Snowflake in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
The CRM feeds the warehouse and the warehouse should feed the CRM: relationship data flows one way, and computed scores, segments, and customer context flow back. Most teams build the first half as a batch pipeline and never quite get to the second.
Stacksync does both with one connection. Activities, Pipelines and Stages, Products, Notes from Salesmate land in Snowflake as live tables, updated within seconds, and columns computed in Snowflake write back to fields in Salesmate. There is no separate ETL and reverse-ETL stack to stitch together and no jobs to babysit.
Lead scores, churn risk, or usage segments computed in Snowflake appear as fields in Salesmate, where the people working accounts actually see them.
Join Salesmate's relationship data with billing, product, and support data in Snowflake to build the customer picture the CRM alone cannot hold.
Deduplication and normalization done in Snowflake can be written back, so warehouse-side cleanup actually fixes the CRM.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Salesmate objects | Snowflake objects | |
|---|---|---|
| Deals Pipeline opportunities with stage and value, synced out for revenue reporting. | Views Modeled projections used as the source side of outbound syncs. | |
| Activities Calls, emails, and tasks logged against records and exported for analytics. | Materialized Views Precomputed results synced outward for low-latency reads. | |
| Pipelines and Stages Sales process definitions read for stage mapping in syncs. | Streams Row-level change records on a table, consumed to process deltas instead of full scans. | |
| Products Catalog items attached to deals, typically sourced from an ERP or billing system. | Stages File staging areas used for bulk loads into synced tables. | |
| Notes Free-text records synced for context in support or success tools. | Tasks Scheduled SQL used to transform synced data after it lands. | |
| Users Team member records used for ownership mapping. | VARIANT Columns Semi-structured JSON payloads stored alongside relational columns. |
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Salesmate–Snowflake connection.

Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Salesmate and Snowflake.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Salesmate and Snowflake with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Salesmate and Snowflake objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Salesmate and Snowflake: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Salesmate's Deals and Activities), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Salesmate: REST API. Authentication: Access token (API key) sent as a request header. Snowflake: SQL via JDBC/ODBC and native drivers, plus the Snowflake SQL REST API. Authentication: Dedicated Snowflake service user + role with RSA key-pair authentication (Stacksync-provided public key), created via a setup script requiring SECURITY_ADMIN and ACCOUNTADMIN roles. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Salesmate: Salesmate organizes CRM data into Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Activities modules, each supporting custom fields that syncs can read and write. Snowflake: Compute runs on virtual warehouses that are billed and scaled separately from storage, so sync workloads can be isolated on their own warehouse. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Salesmate and Snowflake without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Salesmate and Snowflake records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Salesmate and Snowflake connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Salesmate–Snowflake integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both Salesmate and Snowflake. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
