Two-way sync
Changes in Pipedrive or Reltio instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Pipedrive and Reltio in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
Product and engineering teams constantly need CRM data, and the CRM API is a poor way to get it: rate limits, pagination, custom objects, and integration code that breaks when an admin renames a field. What they actually want is the data in Reltio, where it can be queried and joined like everything else.
Stacksync mirrors Persons, Organizations, Activities, MailThreads from Pipedrive into Activity Log, Data Change Requests (DCR), Reference Data (RDM), Entities in Reltio with real-time, bi-directional sync. Read CRM records with plain queries; write updates from your application and they appear in Pipedrive with validation intact. Go-to-market teams keep working in the CRM, engineers keep working in the database, and neither has to think about the other.
Back-office apps read and write the synced tables; Stacksync handles the Pipedrive API, limits, and retries.
Field and stage updates in Pipedrive arrive as row changes in Reltio, ready to drive jobs and notifications.
Accounts, contacts, and custom objects from Pipedrive become tables in Reltio you can join with application data directly.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Pipedrive objects | Reltio objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| MailMessages Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Entities Golden records for each configured entity type (for example Organization, Individual/Contact, Location, or Product); full CRUD via /entities, so records are created, updated, and deleted, and Reltio matches and merges them by survivorship rules. | MailMessages is specific to Pipedrive and Entities to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| CallLogs Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Relations Typed relationships between two entities (affiliations, hierarchies, employment, households); read and written via /relations to keep account hierarchies and affiliation graphs aligned across systems. | CallLogs is specific to Pipedrive and Relations to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Files Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Crosswalks Per-entity references to the source systems and their record IDs; written when loading records so Reltio ties each source contribution to a golden record, and read to trace lineage back to origin systems. | Files is specific to Pipedrive and Crosswalks to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Goals Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Interactions Transactional or event records linked to entities (purchases, visits, activities); read and written via /interactions to enrich profiles and power 360-degree reporting. | Goals is specific to Pipedrive and Interactions to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Leads Pre-pipeline inbox items; written in from forms and enrichment pipelines. | Matches (Potential Matches) Candidate duplicate pairs produced by match rules; read to review, and resolved with merge, unmerge, or not-a-match actions to control survivorship. | Leads is specific to Pipedrive and Matches (Potential Matches) to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Notes Free-form context on deals, persons, and organizations; usually read-only. | Activity Log Immutable audit trail of changes to entities and relations via /activities; read-only, used for history, lineage, and compliance reporting. | Notes is specific to Pipedrive and Activity Log to Reltio — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionPipedrive notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Webhooks on per-object create, update, and delete events, with polling on update timestamps.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Reltio through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls Reltio for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling the REST API on updateTime (epoch-ms), for example filter=gt(updateTime,<timestamp>), for entities and relations changed past a stored.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Pipedrive through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every Pipedrive–Reltio connection.
Changes in Pipedrive or Reltio instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever Pipedrive or Reltio data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single Pipedrive or Reltio record.
Track your Pipedrive ⇄ Reltio sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between Pipedrive and Reltio.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate Pipedrive and Reltio with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Pipedrive and Reltio objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Pipedrive and Reltio: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Pipedrive's MailMessages and CallLogs), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Yes. Each object mapping can be bidirectional or restricted to a single direction (both systems accept writes). Read-only mirrors, one-way pushes, and full two-way sync can be mixed in the same integration.
Common patterns for Pipedrive and Reltio: Internal tools without API code; Trigger workflows from CRM changes; Query the CRM like a database. Back-office apps read and write the synced tables; Stacksync handles the Pipedrive API, limits, and retries.
Pipedrive: REST API. Authentication: No-code guided connection: create a connection, select Pipedrive, then click "Allow and Install" (OAuth-style app install; docs do not name the protocol). Reltio: Reltio REST API (Data API) — /entities, /relations, /interactions, /activities, plus Match, RDM (reference data), and Data Change Request endpoints; base URL https://{environment}.reltio.com/reltio/api/{tenantId}. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens obtained from Reltio's central auth server (POST https://auth.reltio.com/oauth/token, client-credentials or password grant, application/x-www-form-urlencoded) and sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>; access tokens expire after about 60 minutes and are renewed with a refresh token, and are scoped per API (entities_api, relations_api, interactions_api, configuration_api, graphs_api). Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
Pipedrive: Many common objects (Leads, Notes, Products, Pipelines, Users, Files, Tasks, etc.) are '✍️ On Request' rather than supported by default. Reltio: Reltio tenants are environment- and region-specific: the REST base URL is https://{environment}.reltio.com/reltio/api/{tenantId}, so the host and tenant ID must match where the tenant is provisioned. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Pipedrive and Reltio without custom code.
