Two-way sync
Changes in Jumpcloud or NetSuite instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep Jumpcloud and NetSuite in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
An ERP and an identity system describe the same workforce from two angles. NetSuite holds the authoritative record of who works at the company, and often their department, title, manager, and cost center. Jumpcloud controls the accounts, groups, and access those same people use every day. When the two aren't connected, every hire, transfer, and departure has to be keyed twice, and the window between someone leaving in NetSuite and their account still being active in Jumpcloud is a real security exposure.
Stacksync syncs Tax Type, Sales Tax Item, Billing Schedule Customer Subsidiary Relationship, Account in NetSuite with Commands, Directory Insights events, System Users (Users), User Groups in Jumpcloud in real time, with field-level mapping and conflict resolution in place of CSV exports and nightly jobs. A new hire, a department change, or a termination propagates within seconds, and where you want changes to flow both ways — the ERP's org data into the directory, account status back into the ERP — the same mapping handles it.
That matters most at offboarding and audit time. When the directory reflects the ERP's current headcount and org structure, disabling access no longer depends on someone remembering to update a second system, and access reviews start from a roster both sides already agree on.
People are matched across both systems on an identifier you choose, such as work email or employee ID, so there is a single accurate list of who is active.
A person added in one system gets a matching account or record in the other automatically, so a new hire can be granted access without anyone re-keying their details.
When a person is marked terminated or inactive in one system, the matching account is disabled in the other within seconds, closing the gap that leaves ex-employees with live access.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| Jumpcloud objects | NetSuite objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| System Groups Device groups used to scope policies, commands, and access; full CRUD via v2 /systemgroups, with systems bound and unbound through association endpoints. | Account Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | System Groups is specific to Jumpcloud and Account to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Applications (SSO) SAML and OIDC SSO app configs; read via v2 /applications and their user/group assignments created and removed to control who can reach each connected app. | Accounting Period Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Applications (SSO) is specific to Jumpcloud and Accounting Period to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Policies Device configuration and MDM policies; read, created from templates, and updated via v2 /policies, then bound to systems and system groups to enforce settings across the fleet. | Bin Transfer Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Policies is specific to Jumpcloud and Bin Transfer to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Commands Scripts and commands run on managed systems; full CRUD via v1 /commands, then triggered on target systems and groups for automation and remediation. | Currency Rate Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Commands is specific to Jumpcloud and Currency Rate to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Directory Insights events Audit stream of logins and admin actions across SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, systems, and MDM; read-only, queried by POST and used as the change feed and SIEM source. | Price Level Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | Directory Insights events is specific to Jumpcloud and Price Level to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| System Users (Users) Directory user accounts (email, username, attributes, status, MFA, group and app bindings); full CRUD via the v1 /systemusers API - create, update, activate or suspend, and delete to match an HR or identity source. | Term Synced with incremental and full sync per the Stacksync docs. | System Users (Users) is specific to Jumpcloud and Term to NetSuite — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionJumpcloud notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. No database-style change log.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to NetSuite through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionStacksync polls NetSuite for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling on lastModifiedDate via SuiteQL or saved searches.

Authenticate Jumpcloud and NetSuite with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the Jumpcloud and NetSuite objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time two-way integration between Jumpcloud and NetSuite: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync (such as Jumpcloud's System Groups and Applications (SSO)), map fields visually, and changes propagate both ways in milliseconds — no code required.
Jumpcloud: JumpCloud REST API - v1 (console.jumpcloud.com/api) for Systems, System Users, and Commands; v2 (/api/v2) for User Groups, System Groups, Applications, Policies, and resource associations; plus the Directory Insights API (api.jumpcloud.com/insights/directory/v1/events) and Webhook Channels for outbound events. Authentication: Admin API key sent in the x-api-key header (keys are prefixed jca_, generated in the console with a 30-365 day expiry, and disabled for admins by default until enabled); an x-org-id header scopes calls to a single organization for MSP multi-tenant admins. System Context authorization (HMAC-signed) also exists for agent-run calls. NetSuite: SuiteTalk REST and SOAP web services, plus SuiteQL queries. Authentication: Token-Based Authentication (TBA): enable REST Web Services (and SOAP Web Services) + Token-Based Authentication in NetSuite, create an integration record to get Consumer ID/Secret. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
NetSuite: SuiteQL provides an SQL-like query language over the REST interface, which suits incremental extraction filtered by lastModifiedDate. Jumpcloud: The API is split into v1 (console.jumpcloud.com/api) for Systems, System Users, and Commands and v2 (/api/v2) for User Groups, System Groups, Applications, Policies, and the graph of resource associations. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between Jumpcloud and NetSuite without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means Jumpcloud and NetSuite records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed Jumpcloud and NetSuite connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom Jumpcloud–NetSuite integration in-house.
