Two-way sync
Changes in DealCloud or Odoo instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep DealCloud and Odoo in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
DealCloud holds the customer relationship; Odoo runs the operations and records behind the business. The two overlap wherever the same organizations and transactions matter to both, and when that overlap is bridged by re-keying or overnight batch, each side spends the day working from stale data.
Stacksync syncs Deal, Company, Contact, Fund in DealCloud with Contacts (res.partner), Sales Orders (sale.order), Invoices (account.move), Products (product.template / product.product) in Odoo field by field, in real time, and in both directions. You decide which system owns which fields; Stacksync keeps every copy consistent and resolves conflicts by rules you set.
Owners, territories, and org structure informed by Odoo stay current in DealCloud.
A deal won in DealCloud creates or updates the customer in Odoo with clean data, so fulfillment and invoicing start without re-entry.
Invoice and payment state from Odoo shows on the account in DealCloud, so reps see balances before promising the next order.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.

Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls DealCloud for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Incremental via each entry's last-modified timestamp.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Odoo through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionOdoo notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Polling on the write_date timestamp every record carries.

Common patterns for DealCloud and Odoo: Where Odoo manages people and org data: keep DealCloud aligned; Where Odoo handles order-to-cash: closed-won flows through; Where Odoo is the finance system of record: money status on the account. Owners, territories, and org structure informed by Odoo stay current in DealCloud.
DealCloud: REST API (DealCloud Data API v2). Authentication: OAuth 2.0 client-credentials; a DealCloud administrator generates a client ID and secret in the DealCloud admin API settings and grants Stacksync the required scopes. Odoo: XML-RPC and JSON-RPC external API exposing the full ORM (search_read, create, write, unlink). Authentication: Database user credentials or per-user API keys. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
DealCloud: The DealCloud API authenticates with OAuth 2.0 client-credentials; API access and scopes are provisioned by a DealCloud administrator. Odoo: The external API exposes the ORM generically: any model (res.partner, sale.order, account.move) is accessed with the same execute_kw call pattern rather than per-object endpoints. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between DealCloud and Odoo without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means DealCloud and Odoo records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed DealCloud and Odoo connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom DealCloud–Odoo integration in-house.
