Rows added or changed in ClickHouse flow into Pinecone as they happen, and the Index statistics, Indexes, Vectors (records), Namespaces that Pinecone generates land back in ClickHouse as columns or tables, with field-level mapping and conflict rules in place of a custom pipeline.

Pinecone: Hard request limits: an upsert is capped at 2 MB or 1000 records, filterable metadata at 40 KB per record, dense vectors at up to 20,000 dimensions, and query top_k at up to 10,000 with a 4 MB result cap. ClickHouse: Storage is columnar and organized by the MergeTree engine family, which makes large batched inserts far more efficient than single-row writes. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between ClickHouse and Pinecone without custom code.
