Real-time sync
Changes in 6sense or Demandbase instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Keep 6sense and Demandbase in sync without custom scripts. Cut weeks of integration work, eliminate silent data drift, and give your team a single, reliable source of truth.
6sense is a read-only source: Stacksync reads its data in real time and delivers it into Demandbase, so Demandbase always reflects the current state of 6sense — without exports, scripts, or schedulers.
6sense owns the customer relationship and the pipeline; Demandbase runs the campaigns, audiences, and outreach that fill it. The two overlap on the same people and companies — a lead in one system is a subscriber, a segment member, an event registrant, or an ad audience in the other. When that overlap is bridged by CSV exports or a nightly job, sales works from lists that no longer match reality and marketing keeps targeting people whose status has already moved on.
When a contact or lead is created or edited in either system, the matching record appears or updates in the other, so campaigns reach real people and reps see who is already being marketed to.
Opens, clicks, form fills, event attendance, or ad responses recorded in Demandbase post back to the contact or account in 6sense, so reps see interest before they reach out.
Status, stage, or score set in one system updates the matching record in the other, so a lead marketing is still nurturing is not worked as sales-ready, and a closed account stops receiving prospecting.
Representative objects on each side — any object or custom field can map to any target. Schemas are auto-detected; types are converted between the two systems.
| 6sense objects | Demandbase objects | How this pairing syncs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accounts Company records enriched with firmographics and intent data, matched to CRM accounts. | Accounts Company/account records with firmographics, intent, and Demandbase qualification and engagement scores; exported via the Data Export API and imported or updated via the Data Import API. | Same entity on both sides — records pair one-to-one and field-level changes reconcile in the writable direction. | |
| Segments Dynamic account lists built from intent and fit criteria, read out to drive targeting. | Company Details (B2B enrichment) Firmographics, technographics, competitors, and corporate family tree fetched by domain or name via the B2B Company Search and Details endpoints; read-only enrichment. | Segments is specific to 6sense and Company Details (B2B enrichment) to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Buying Stage Scores Model-predicted stage per account, synced onto CRM records for prioritization. | Change Subscriptions Company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and DB person employment subscriptions delivered as webhook alerts with a signing secret; the real-time change feed. | Buying Stage Scores is specific to 6sense and Change Subscriptions to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Intent Signals Keyword-level research activity used to flag in-market accounts. | Opportunities Opportunity records synced from the CRM into Demandbase; exported with calculated insights and imported or updated through the Data Import API. Read and write. | Intent Signals is specific to 6sense and Opportunities to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| People / Contacts Persona and contact data surfaced for accounts, used to build outreach lists. | People (Persons) Contact/person records with verified business email, title, seniority, and quality grades; fetched and matched via the B2B Contact endpoints and exported or imported. | People / Contacts is specific to 6sense and People (Persons) to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. | |
| Reach Scores Model scores reflecting the level and recency of outreach to an account or contact, used to prioritize follow-up. | Activities Engagement and custom activity records (web, campaign, intent); exported via Data Export and pushed in through the Data Import API using custom activity types. | Reach Scores is specific to 6sense and Activities to Demandbase — each maps to any object or custom field on the other side. |
Each direction of the sync is driven by what the source system can signal and what the destination accepts — detection, delivery, and expected latency below.
DetectionStacksync polls 6sense for changes on an incremental schedule, reading only records changed since the previous pass. Polling.
DeliveryEach detected change is written to Demandbase through its API, with automatic retries and rate-limit backoff.
DetectionDemandbase notifies Stacksync of record changes through webhook events. Subscription API webhooks - company firmographic, company news, family-tree (ownership), and person employment-change alerts to a configurable URL.
Delivery6sense does not accept inbound record writes, so this direction carries requests rather than records: 6sense's output flows back as field updates on the originating Demandbase records.
Real-time sync, workflow automation, event queues, EDI, and monitoring, for every 6sense–Demandbase connection.
Changes in 6sense or Demandbase instantly reflect in both systems. No stale data, no manual imports.
Trigger automated workflows whenever 6sense or Demandbase data changes, update records, fire webhooks, or kick off sequences without brittle API scripts.
Handle millions of events per minute without losing a single 6sense or Demandbase record.
Track your 6sense ⇄ Demandbase sync health, view errors, and replay failed events in one click.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions between 6sense and Demandbase.
Configure and sync within minutes, no code. Whether you sync 50k or 100M+ records, Stacksync handles the queues, infra, and plumbing. Integrations are non-invasive and need zero setup on your systems.
Authenticate 6sense and Demandbase with each platform's native method — OAuth, API keys, or service accounts — plus secure options like SSH tunneling, IP whitelisting, and VPC peering.
Pick the 6sense and Demandbase objects to sync — Stacksync auto-detects both schemas, including custom fields where the platform exposes them. Sync to existing tables, or let Stacksync create new ones with ideal data types.
Fields map automatically even when names and types differ. Stacksync handles transformation and type casting for you, zero configuration required.
Yes. Stacksync provides a managed, real-time integration between 6sense and Demandbase — 6sense is a read-only source, so data flows from it into the other system: authenticate both systems, choose the objects to sync, map fields visually, and changes propagate in milliseconds — no code required.
6sense: REST API. Authentication: API key (token passed in request headers). Demandbase: REST APIs (Demandbase One) - a B2B API (company/contact search, details, and match with async bulk enrichment jobs), a read-only Data Export API and a write-capable Data Import API (both async bulk jobs), and a Subscription API for webhook change alerts. Authentication: JWT bearer tokens minted from Demandbase One API Key Sets at the platform level; each credential set expires after 8 hours and is rotated. Legacy single-user API tokens are deprecated. Stacksync manages authentication, retries, and rate limits on both sides.
6sense: The platform is primarily a data provider in integrations; most syncs read scores and segments out rather than writing records in. Demandbase: API usage is credit-based, with credit cost varying by endpoint - a contact email lookup costs differently from a full profile enrichment. Stacksync's field mapping accounts for these differences between 6sense and Demandbase without custom code.
Stacksync is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified with HIPAA BAA support. Data is encrypted in transit, and a zero-persistent-storage architecture means 6sense and Demandbase records are not retained after a sync operation.
Stacksync pricing is usage-based and starts at $1,000/month, including the managed 6sense and Demandbase connectors, real-time two-way sync, monitoring, and support. That replaces building and maintaining a custom 6sense–Demandbase integration in-house.
Yes — Stacksync ships production-grade connectors for both 6sense and Demandbase. The connectors handle authentication, schema detection, rate limits, and retries; you configure the sync, and Stacksync operates it.
