Resolve the actual offer
Keep seller SKU, marketplace, and catalog references separate and map the approved sellable configuration.
Nutrition and supplements

Connect supplement marketplace evidence to the right ERP offer and order-line context. This fits brands whose seller SKUs, ASINs, and pack configurations are difficult to reconcile across Amazon and finance. Preserve seller and marketplace scope and use the documented read-only Amazon sync access for downstream investigation.
Catalog references, seller offers, and ERP items are treated as interchangeable even when their pack quantities differ.

When this fits
Nutrition and supplement brands combining manufacturing, DTC, marketplaces, practitioner sales, and retail distribution.
Keep seller SKU, marketplace, and catalog references separate and map the approved sellable configuration.
Connect later evidence to the stable order line and historical pack definition rather than today’s catalog description.
The Amazon Seller Central connector reads marketplace orders, order lines, and refund evidence into NetSuite; nothing is written back to Amazon. Listing changes, order cancellations, and marketplace refunds happen in Seller Central under their own authorization. The seller SKU to ERP pack mapping, with its effective dates, is owned by product operations, and a conflicting ASIN match holds the line for catalog operations.
The process, end to end
A supplement seller offers single bottles and promotional multipacks through Amazon. Finance needs the source sales and refund trail, while operations needs to interpret the original pack. A useful demo compares two similar offers and shows that both retain their distinct item and quantity relationships in downstream records.

Why a title match picks the wrong tub, and how an approved variant-to-item crosswalk keeps flavors, sizes, and kit revisions distinct in NetSuite.
A single bottle and a two-bottle promo share one product name on Amazon; keeping seller-scoped offers apart in NetSuite is what lets finance and returns agree on bottle counts.
A practitioner who works at two clinics is the test case: keep contacts, companies, and NetSuite payers as three levels so terms and order history stay with the right buyer.

The sync connector has read-only Amazon access. Any listing or refund action must be separately verified and authorized.
It keeps the seller SKU scoped by seller account and marketplace and maps that offer to the approved NetSuite pack, not to the shared ASIN or the product name. Purchased quantity stays separate from the number of bottles the offer represents, so a line for one promotional two-pack and a line for two single bottles land as different items with different quantities. When the ASIN matches but the pack differs, the line waits for catalog operations to confirm the offer before NetSuite accepts it.
Two-way sync is the starting point here, with the Amazon side limited to read-only import of orders, order lines, and refund evidence into NetSuite against the approved seller SKU to pack mapping. Workflows follow when a return or a pack conflict needs routing to catalog operations or finance for a decision. Genies suit evidence-heavy requests, such as assembling approved batch documents for a wholesale buyer. EDI enters later, when retail partners exchange item numbers and case configurations.
