Network onboarding

Marchon Eyewear (via Logicbroker) is routed through Logicbroker

Stacksync maintains a certified Logicbroker connection covering 9 trading partners across 9 channels. Onboarding with Marchon Eyewear on this channel reuses that connection — no separate VAN contract or certification cycle.

Logicbroker is a dropship and marketplace integration network that retailers and brands use to exchange orders, acknowledgments, shipments, invoices, inventory, and returns (EDI 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 180) with their supplier base. Retailers running their dropship program on Logicbroker require suppliers to connect through it, and 997 functional acknowledgments are exchanged on all EDI transactions.

Connecting via Logicbroker
  1. Accept the retailer's onboarding invitation and activate the Logicbroker account (activation links expire after 7 days), then work through the Onboarding Task Manager in the stage portal (stageportal.logicbroker.com).
  2. Choose an integration option: browser portal, EDI over AS2 (SHA2) or FTP/SFTP, XML API, XML/JSON or CSV over a Logicbroker-hosted FTP/SFTP site, or prebuilt connectors such as ShipStation and ShipBob.
  3. For EDI, register the ISA qualifier and ID, upload an AS2 certificate if applicable, configure and enable the connection, and run the built-in Test connection check.
  4. Complete the required test cases in the stage environment, covering acknowledgment (855), shipment (856), invoice, and inventory flows against test orders.
  5. Recreate the connection in production once live, because connections apply only to the environment they were created in.

Testing: Suppliers complete required test cases in Logicbroker's stage environment before go-live; the scenarios verify correct data flow per document type. EDI setups include a built-in connection test, and 997 functional acknowledgments are exchanged for all EDI transactions. Connections must be re-established in production because settings do not carry over from stage.

Timeline: Logicbroker does not publish a fixed certification timeline. Portal connections are quickest to activate; EDI and API integrations add stage test cases, connection validation, and a production reconfiguration step, so duration depends on the integration choice and the retailer's test scope.
