You oversell in the gap
Channel connectors poll every 15–60 minutes. In that window a unit sells on Amazon and Shopify both, and now you're cancelling an order and eating a chargeback.
Hold one stock number across your WMS, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central, two-way, updated the moment a unit moves, with conflict rules that decide who wins before you oversell.
Selling the same unit on five channels means five truths about how many you have. Here's where they diverge.

When the WMS and Shopify disagree on quantity, naive syncs overwrite with whichever wrote last, including a stale count, and silently corrupt your on-hand.
Marketplaces want a single availability number; your WMS tracks per-location. Most tools can't aggregate locations or honor safety stock, so the number they publish is wrong.
Every tool Stacksync replaces is one fewer vendor, one fewer bill, one fewer integration to maintain.
Changes made in one platform automatically update across all connected systems in real time, eliminating data silos and reducing errors.
Stop building brittle API scripts. With Stacksync, you can trigger complex automated workflows using simple SQL commands.
Expose every enterprise system to your agents through a single MCP layer. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini get production-grade tools without custom glue code.
Handle massive traffic spikes without losing a single event. Queues buffer your data during surges, ensuring strict ordering and reliable delivery.
Interact with your CRM, ERP, and payment tools as if they were just another table in your database. Say goodbye to rate limits and complex API documentation.
Transform legacy EDI complexity into simple database interactions. Stacksync automatically parses incoming EDI documents directly into your database tables.
Pre-built two-way connectors for the storefronts, marketplaces, WMS, and ERP that touch inventory, with per-location rollup and safety-stock rules.
As a data company, we understand the importance of keeping your data secure. Stacksync is built with security best practices to keep your data safe at every layer, and is DPF-certified for US, EU, UK and CH data transfers.
Let your users access Stacksync from your centralized user management systems. Works with Okta, Azure, Google SSO and more.
Immediately get alerted about record syncing issues over email, Slack, PagerDuty and WhatsApp. Resolve issues from a centralized dashboard with retry and revert options.

How do you prevent overselling between channels?
Stacksync writes stock changes to every channel in real time and resolves conflicts per field. When a unit sells, every other channel decrements within seconds, well inside the window where double-sells happen.
Can you roll up multiple warehouse locations?
Yes. Publish a single availability number per SKU rolled up across locations, with per-location safety stock honored before the number is sent to each channel.
Which count wins when two systems disagree?
You set the policy per field: source-of-truth wins (e.g., the WMS owns on-hand), last-write-wins, or human-in-the-loop. Most teams make the WMS authoritative and let channels read.
Do you support bundles and kits?
Yes. Kit and bundle SKUs decrement their components, and component changes recompute bundle availability, so kits never oversell their scarcest part.
