Inter-agency data sharing
with control intact

Share records between agencies through governed, fully audited flows across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Postgres in real time, with row- and field-level access control deciding exactly who sees what.

Where cross-agency sharing breaks down

Three reasons agencies fall back to spreadsheets and email.

Agencies need each other's data but can't expose all of it. Manual extracts fill the gap and create exactly the risk security teams fear.

01 - Manual extracts

Shared data leaves your control the moment it's exported

A CSV emailed between agencies is impossible to revoke or audit. Governed sync replaces the export with a live flow you can mask, scope, and trace end to end.

COMPLIANCE
02 - All-or-nothing access

Sharing one field means exposing the whole record

Crude integrations hand over entire tables when one agency needs three columns. Row- and field-level rules send only the records and fields that agency is cleared to see.

IDENTITY
03 - No audit trail

Nobody can prove who saw what, when

FedRAMP and state audits demand a record of every data movement. Each synced field is logged with source, destination, and timestamp, replayable for any review.

How do we restrict what each agency receives?

Row- and field-level rules scope every flow, so an agency sees only the records and fields it's cleared for. The same source can feed five agencies, each with a different slice.

Is every cross-agency data movement audited?

Yes. Each synced field is logged with source, destination, field, and timestamp, and events are replayable, so you can produce a full audit trail for FedRAMP or state review.

Can we mask sensitive values before they cross agencies?

Yes. SSNs, financials, and PII can be masked, tokenized, or dropped per destination, so receiving agencies get usable data without the fields they shouldn't hold.

Does sharing run in real time or on a schedule?

Real time where the source emits change events (Salesforce CDC, database CDC), otherwise 1–60s on a configurable poll. Receiving agencies act on current data, not last night's extract.
