The Genie weighs product usage from Postgres, ticket volume and CSAT from Zendesk, and billing status from Stripe together, so the score reflects all three instead of one siloed input.
How fresh is the score on the CRM record?
Real-time. As usage, tickets, or invoices change, the Genie recomputes and writes the score back to Salesforce in seconds, so the CSM never reads a week-old number.
