Case management
across every touchpoint

Keep caseworker actions, documents, and outcomes synchronized between the intake portal, Salesforce, and SAP the moment they change, two-way and in real time, so intake, casework, and finance never work from different versions of a case.

Where casework falls out of sync

Three reasons a case looks different in every system.

A single case touches the intake portal, the casework CRM, and the ERP that funds it. Each holds a partial, drifting copy.

01 - Document drift

The document on file isn't the latest version

Files uploaded to the portal don't reach the case in Salesforce, so caseworkers act on outdated documents. Attachments and metadata sync with the record they belong to, in real time.

DATA QUALITY
02 - Status mismatch

The portal says open, the CRM says closed

Status changes made in casework lag overnight before the portal reflects them. Constituents call about cases already resolved. Real-time sync keeps both ends on the same status.

LATENCY
03 - Outcome to funding

An outcome never reaches the ERP that pays it

A case outcome that triggers a disbursement gets stranded between the CRM and SAP. Queued, retried, replayable sync guarantees the outcome reaches finance, in order.

Secure connection options

Securely connects to your systems with:

Do documents and attachments sync with the case?

Yes. Files and their metadata sync with the record they belong to, so a document uploaded to the portal appears on the same case in Salesforce, and vice versa, in real time.

How fast does a status change propagate?

Sub-second when the source emits change events (Salesforce CDC, ServiceNow), otherwise 1–60s on a configurable poll. The portal and the CRM never disagree by a full day.

What stops an outcome from getting lost on the way to finance?

Every event is queued, retried with backoff, and replayable. If SAP is down when an outcome triggers a disbursement, it syncs the moment finance is back, in order, with no manual re-run.

Can two teams edit the same case safely?

Yes. Field-level conflict policies decide which system owns each field, so a portal edit and a caseworker update merge by rule instead of one silently overwriting the other.
