How do you keep parent-child links from breaking?

Records sync keyed on a stable account ID, so a subsidiary maps to its Salesforce parent everywhere instead of being re-created. The hierarchy stays one graph across Stripe and provisioning.

What if sales and billing edit the same account?

Field-level conflict policies decide per field which system is source of truth, so a rep's parent edit and a finance sub edit merge by rule instead of overwriting each other.

Does re-parenting propagate to access?

Yes. Two-way sync pushes a CRM re-parent to provisioning in real time, so seats and entitlements follow the new structure and access lines up with billing.

Can we model our own contract structure?

Yes. Custom account objects, contract line items, and parent-child fields map in the visual mapper alongside standard fields and sync the same way.
