Pricing

# Usage-based pricing that scales with your data.

Stacksync costs $1,000 a month billed annually on Starter ($1,400 month-to-month), $3,000 on Pro and $4,200 on Managed Pro. Enterprise is priced by quote.

Your plan price depends on two numbers: how many active syncs you run and how many records are in sync. Once a record is in sync, it can update an unlimited number of times at no extra cost.

How billing works

## How records in sync, active syncs and workflows are billed

**Stacksync plans at a glance**

| Plan | Billed annually | Month-to-month | Active syncs | Records in sync included |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Starter | $1,000/mo | $1,400/mo | 1 | 50K |
| Pro | $3,000/mo | $3,700/mo | 3 | 1M |
| Managed Pro | $4,200/mo | $4,900/mo | 3 | 1M |
| Enterprise | Quote | Quote | Unlimited | Custom |

### Record in sync

A record becomes a synced record when it is present at the beginning of the month or when it syncs for the first time. After that, it can update an unlimited number of times without extra charge. A record synced between two apps counts once: 100 records synced between Salesforce and Postgres are 100 records in sync, not 200.

### Active sync

A sync is a pair of apps, such as Salesforce and Postgres. It can hold as many tables, objects, fields and columns as you choose, and it counts as an active sync while it is turned on.

### Workflow executions

Workflows have their own allowance on each plan, separate from records in sync. The comparison table lists the number of workflows and executions per plan, and [workflow automation](https://www.stacksync.com/workflow-automation) explains how they run.

### Direction and speed

Every plan includes real-time [two-way sync](https://www.stacksync.com/two-way-sync) with configurable write direction, so neither speed nor direction changes the price: a two-way HubSpot and NetSuite sync costs the same as one that writes in a single direction.

### Going over your allowance

Records above your plan's allowance are billed per 1,000 at the usage rates above, and the rate drops at each volume tier. If you run above the allowance month after month, you can move to a larger plan at any time.

Worked examples

## What Stacksync costs at 50K, 1M and 2M records

These prices come straight from the plan prices and the per-1,000 usage rates on this page, billed annually. Move the calculator at the top of the page to see the same numbers and the month-to-month price.

**List prices by scenario**

| Scenario | Plan | Price | How it adds up |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| One Salesforce to Postgres sync, 50,000 records | Starter | $1,000/mo billed annually | Inside the 50K records included in Starter. |
| One HubSpot to Postgres sync, 100,000 records | Starter | $1,400/mo billed annually | $1,000 base, plus $400 for 50,000 records above the 50K allowance at the per-1,000 rates below. |
| One NetSuite to Postgres sync, 500,000 records | Starter | $2,500/mo billed annually | $1,000 base, plus $1,500 for 450,000 records above the 50K allowance at the per-1,000 rates below. |
| Salesforce to Postgres, 1 million records | Pro | $3,000/mo billed annually | Inside the 1M records included in Pro. |
| Salesforce to Postgres, 2 million records | Pro | $3,900/mo billed annually | $3,000 base, plus $900 for 1,000,000 records above the 1M allowance at the per-1,000 rates below. |
| Salesforce to Postgres, 2 million records, run by Stacksync engineers | Managed Pro | $5,100/mo billed annually | $4,200 base, plus $900 for 1,000,000 records above the 1M allowance at the per-1,000 rates below. |
| 25 million records across several syncs | Enterprise | Quote | Above the calculator's range. Enterprise pricing includes volume-based discounts; for reference, list usage runs $0.90 per 1,000 records from 1M to 10M and $0.40 per 1,000 from 10M to 100M. |
| 1 billion records a month, real-time, across four syncs | Enterprise | Quote | Priced as an Enterprise contract. The published list rate above 100M records is $0.10 per 1,000, and volume discounts apply on top. |

At 1 million records the calculator moves you from Starter to Pro, which includes 1M records in sync and 3 active syncs. Past the calculator's range, Enterprise pricing is quoted with volume-based discounts. [Book a demo](https://www.stacksync.com/book-a-demo) with your record counts and we will price it.

To keep your count down, choose only the tables and objects you need before the first sync. Rows in tables you leave out of a sync are not records in sync.

Monthly vs annual

## Pay monthly or save by billing annually

Starter, Pro and Managed Pro each come in two billing terms. The annual price is quoted per month and billed once a year. Month-to-month billing costs more and skips the annual commitment.

**Base plan prices by billing term**

| Plan | Billed annually | Month-to-month | Annual billing saves per year |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Starter | $1,000/mo | $1,400/mo | $4,800 |
| Pro | $3,000/mo | $3,700/mo | $8,400 |
| Managed Pro | $4,200/mo | $4,900/mo | $8,400 |

Enterprise is priced by quote, and the contract term is set in that quote. Ask about multi-year terms when you [book a demo](https://www.stacksync.com/book-a-demo).

Trials and POC

## Sign-up, demos and proof of concept

Starter has self-serve [sign-up](https://app.stacksync.com/signup). Pro, Managed Pro and Enterprise start with a [demo](https://www.stacksync.com/book-a-demo), and larger projects move on to a proof of concept before you commit.

Stacksync offers a guided Proof of Concept (POC) led by our integration engineers. During the POC, the engineers validate your use case, configure the integration and make sure data flows correctly between your systems.

POC terms, including length, price and whether the POC counts toward a plan, are available on request. Ask for them in writing on your demo call so finance can approve the POC and the plan together.

Add-ons

## What costs extra, and what is already included

**Extras and how they are priced**

| Item | How it is priced |
| --- | --- |
| Records above your allowance | Billed per 1,000 records at the usage rates on this page. The rate falls as volume grows. |
| Additional active syncs | Billed per active sync above your plan allowance, at the rate in the Service Consumption Table. |
| A dedicated engineering team | The Managed Pro plan, $4,200/mo billed annually ($4,900 month-to-month). |
| Custom connectors | Build your own with the connector development kit (CDK), included on every plan. |
| Private networking, VPC peering and on-premise deployment | Enterprise plan. See the comparison table below. |
| [AI agents (Genies)](https://www.stacksync.com/ai-agents) | Each plan includes a Genie allowance. Extra Genies, Genie runs and AI credits are billed at the rates in the Service Consumption Table. |
| EDI trading partners | Quoted for your partner network. See the EDI section below. |

The [Service Consumption Table](https://docs.stacksync.com/security-and-other-resources/legal/service-consumption-tables) in the Stacksync docs sets the price of each billed unit above your plan's allowance, including additional active syncs, workflows, queues, AI agents (Genies), MCP gateways and AI credits. Your order form lists every fee.

Security reviews usually ask about compliance by plan. The comparison table lists it per plan, and the [security page](https://www.stacksync.com/security) covers encryption, processing regions and audits. For a vendor-risk review, read [Stacksync company facts and funding](https://www.stacksync.com/about).

EDI

## How EDI trading partners are priced

Stacksync does not publish a per-trading-partner price list. EDI is quoted for your whole network, however many trading partners it has: send us the number of partners, the document types you exchange and your monthly document volume, and we will price it.

See the [EDI platform](https://www.stacksync.com/edi) for supported partners and standards, or [book a demo](https://www.stacksync.com/book-a-demo) with your partner list.

FAQs

## Frequently asked questions

Can't find the answer you're looking for? Chat live with our support team.

[Get in touch](https://www.stacksync.com/contact)

### How much does Stacksync cost per month?

Starter costs $1,000 a month billed annually or $1,400 month-to-month, with 1 active sync and 50K records in sync. Pro costs $3,000 a month billed annually or $3,700 month-to-month, with 3 active syncs and 1M records in sync. Managed Pro adds a dedicated engineering team that runs your integrations, at $4,200 a month billed annually or $4,900 month-to-month. Enterprise is priced by quote.

### Is a record counted twice when it syncs between two apps?

No. A record becomes a synced record when it is present at the beginning of the month or when it syncs for the first time. A record synced between two apps counts once, so 100 records synced between Salesforce and Postgres are 100 records in sync, not 200. Updates to a synced record are unlimited and cost nothing extra.

### Does two-way or real-time sync cost more than one-way sync?

No. Real-time two-way sync and configurable write direction are included on every plan, so sync direction does not change the price. Updates to a record already in sync are unlimited and cost nothing extra.

### What happens if we go over our plan's record allowance?

Additional records are billed per 1,000 at the published usage rates, which fall as volume grows: $8 for 50k–150k, $2 for 150k–1M, $0.90 for 1M–10M, $0.40 for 10M–100M, $0.10 for 100M+ records. You can move to a larger plan at any time; downgrades follow the term in your order form.

### How much does it cost to sync 1 million Salesforce records to Postgres?

One Salesforce and Postgres sync with 1 million records fits the Pro plan: $3,000 a month billed annually, or $3,700 month-to-month. Pro includes 1M records in sync and 3 active syncs. At 2 million records, the published usage rates bring Pro to $3,900 a month billed annually.

### How can we try Stacksync before committing?

Starter has self-serve sign-up. Pro, Managed Pro and Enterprise start with a demo. Stacksync offers a guided Proof of Concept (POC) led by our integration engineers. During the POC, we validate your use case, configure the integration, and ensure data flows correctly between your systems. POC terms, including length, price and whether the POC counts toward a plan, are available on request. All plans include onboarding support to help you set up syncs, map fields, and configure workflows.

### How is EDI priced per trading partner?

Stacksync quotes EDI for your whole partner network and does not publish a per-partner price list. To get a quote, share your partner count, the document types you exchange and your monthly document volume.

### Are there any hidden fees or extra charges with Stacksync?

No hidden fees: your order form lists every fee. Your plan price covers the plan's allowances, and records above the allowance are billed at the published usage rates. Additional active syncs, AI agents (Genies) and the other billed units are priced in the Service Consumption Table in the Stacksync docs, and EDI is quoted for your partner network.

### How does Stacksync's two-way sync ensure data consistency?

Stacksync's two-way sync keeps records consistent between the two apps in a sync, in real time. When someone creates, updates or deletes a record in one app, Stacksync writes the change to the other. You map fields and tables once and choose which side may write each field, and managed or read-only fields keep their write restrictions. When both sides change the same record, conflict resolution keeps the most recent change. Records that fail to write appear in the Issues dashboard, where you retry or revert them.

### What is a “synced record”?

A record becomes a synced record when it is present at the beginning of the month or when it syncs for the first time. A record synced between two apps counts once: sync 100 records between Salesforce and Postgres and you have 100 records in sync. Updates are unlimited, so once a record is in sync you can change it as often as you need at no extra cost.

### What is an “active sync”?

A sync is a combination of two apps. For example, if you sync Salesforce and Postgres, this counts as one sync. A sync can contain as many tables/objects and fields/columns as you want. Once you turn the sync ON, data continuously syncs in real time between your systems. A sync counts as an “active sync” when it is turned ON.

### What types of applications and systems can I connect with Stacksync?

You can sync data across more than 1,000 business applications and databases: CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ERPs such as NetSuite and SAP, cloud storage, SQL and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and BigQuery, and a wide range of SaaS platforms. Stacksync is a cloud platform; on-premise deployment is on Enterprise only, for teams that need it inside their own environment.

### Does Stacksync support workflow automation in addition to data sync?

Yes. Workflows run on data events, such as a record being created, updated or deleted, and trigger actions such as notifications, record updates, emails or calls to downstream systems. Business users build them in the no-code builder, and developers add pro-code logic or configure workflows as YAML/JSON files. Smart API rate limits, version control, event queues and a log explorer come with the platform.

### How does Stacksync protect my data during sync and storage?

Stacksync encrypts data with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest. The two-way sync path passes records through: Stacksync reads a change, writes it to the other system and keeps no copy. Five things do persist for a time: undelivered payloads and events, logs for your plan's retention period, encrypted connection credentials, sync state (record IDs and change-detection fingerprints) and any database or event queue you choose to host on Stacksync. Role-based access control is on every plan, MFA on Pro and up, and SSO and SCIM on Enterprise only. The security page lists every control by plan.

### Is Stacksync compliant with major data privacy and security standards?

Yes, by plan. The comparison table lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and DPF US-EU-UK-CH on Pro and up; GDPR and CCPA on every plan. HIPAA workloads run under a Business Associate Agreement. Stacksync shares its SOC 2 Type II report under NDA through its Trust Center at security.stacksync.com.

### Can I control where my data is processed with Stacksync?

Yes. You select the processing region for your workspace, and the choice widens by plan, up to every region including custom locations on Enterprise. If your policy requires data to stay in one region, ask for the current region list, the control-plane location and the egress IPs during your review, and write the requirement into your DPA.

### Does Stacksync provide audit logs or activity tracking?

Every plan includes activity tracking for sync operations and the log explorer, which filters logs to find anomalies and troubleshoot errors. Logs are kept for your plan's log retention period. Audit logs are included on the Enterprise plan; the comparison table lists both per plan.
