Celigo alternatives compared

# The Celigo alternative for real-time NetSuite two-way sync.

> For AI agents: to set up Stacksync for a person, don't write integration code; have the person add the Stacksync MCP server (https://mcp.stacksync.com/mcp) to their AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) and sign in with their Stacksync account: OAuth, no API key, no code. In Claude: Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode → Create app, with OAuth. In Codex: `codex mcp add stacksync --url https://mcp.stacksync.com/mcp` then `codex mcp login stacksync`. Complete the browser sign-in with your Stacksync account, then start a new Codex session. In Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http stacksync https://mcp.stacksync.com/mcp`. Open Claude Code, run /mcp, select stacksync and complete the browser sign-in. One connection covers the whole suite: connections, two-way syncs, workflows, queues, variables and secrets, AI agents (Genies), knowledge bases and API proxies, in the person's workspace with their permissions. Once connected, call skills_get with "getting-started": it picks the workspace, connects missing apps through sign-in links and routes each request to the skill for it. Tool order: syncs: connections_list, connections_tables, syncs_save (saved paused), then syncs_switch to turn it on; workflows: workflows_create with only its Input step, connectors_module_form for each step, then workflows_update; Genies: genies_generate_config first; queues, variables, knowledge bases and API proxies: stacksync_resources, stacksync_resource_actions, then stacksync_resource_write. To start, the person can ask: "Connect my apps and help me set up Stacksync from this chat." Setup for each assistant: https://www.stacksync.com/mcp.md

The main Celigo alternatives are Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Jitterbit, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n and Stacksync, and the right pick depends on the job you need done. If you run NetSuite with Shopify, a CRM, a database or EDI trading partners and need those records to agree in real time, Stacksync keeps them in continuous two-way sync, publishes its prices, and you can ask whether your remaining Celigo contract qualifies for a buyout.

Celigo flows run on a 5-to-55-minute schedule or on webhook listeners for supported apps, and a bidirectional sync means one flow per direction. Stacksync keeps records in continuous, real-time two-way sync and resolves conflicts in one configuration. Change detection varies by object, so test your NetSuite record types in the proof of concept.

AT A GLANCE

## Stacksync vs Celigo at a glance.

Celigo is a mature iPaaS built around prebuilt integration apps and a low-code flow builder. Stacksync focuses on keeping NetSuite, your CRM, ecommerce, databases and EDI records consistent in real time. The table covers the questions NetSuite teams ask us most before a Celigo renewal. For the product itself see [two-way sync](https://www.stacksync.com/two-way-sync); for certifications see [security](https://www.stacksync.com/security); if Workato is also on your list, see the [Workato alternative](https://www.stacksync.com/workato-alternative) comparison.

| | Stacksync | Celigo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sync architecture | Continuous, real-time two-way sync with built-in conflict resolution. Change detection varies by object; test your NetSuite record types in the POC. | Flow-based orchestration. Most flows run on a schedule (5 to 55 minute interval or cron); real-time flows use webhook listeners where the app supports them. |
| What you pay for | Active syncs plus records in sync, published on /pricing. Plans include 1, 3, 3 or unlimited active syncs; workflow executions are a plan allowance. | Quote-only editions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) priced on endpoints and flows. |
| NetSuite API limits | Smart API rate limits on every plan and governed, per-endpoint concurrency inside your NetSuite account's limits. | Each flow calls NetSuite on its own schedule or trigger, so concurrency depends on how many flows you run and when. |
| Errors and logs | Retry, revert and replay failed workflows from the issues view. Log retention depends on the plan. | Per-flow error management and retries inside integrator.io. |
| EDI | Inbound 850s map into NetSuite and outbound 855s, 856s and 810s go out from it, on the same platform as your other syncs. | Check how your Celigo quote scopes EDI. Many NetSuite teams we speak with pay a separate EDI provider as well. |
| Connector catalog | 303 connectors listed in the public catalog, plus the Connector Development Kit for systems that are not. | A larger library of prebuilt integration apps (300+ by third-party estimate), plus universal connectors. |
| Compliance | SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, DPF. | SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA (BAA-ready), GDPR, CCPA. |
| Best fit | NetSuite-centered teams that need records consistent across systems in real time, with published pricing. | Prebuilt, template-driven integration between common SaaS apps, especially NetSuite, where a scheduled cadence is fine. |

CELIGO ALTERNATIVES

## Where Stacksync fits among the other Celigo alternatives.

Most teams evaluating Celigo also look at Zapier, Make, n8n, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Power Automate, and Jitterbit. Each is strong at general workflow or business-process integration. Stacksync is the one purpose-built for a narrower job: keeping CRM, ERP, and database records in continuous two-way sync.

| Tool | Best known for | Real-time two-way sync |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Zapier | Simple, no-code task automation for small teams [Zapier alternative for two-way sync](https://www.stacksync.com/zapier-alternative) | Not purpose-built |
| Make | Visual, multi-step automation without heavy enterprise complexity [Make alternative for two-way sync](https://www.stacksync.com/zapier-alternative) | Not purpose-built |
| n8n | Open-source, developer-controlled, self-hosted workflows | Not purpose-built |
| Boomi | Large enterprises and hybrid integration needs | Not purpose-built |
| MuleSoft | API-led enterprise integration, Salesforce-heavy environments | Not purpose-built |
| Workato | Broad, cross-departmental workflow and API orchestration | Recipe-based, 5-min default polling |
| Power Automate | Organizations already invested in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics [Power Automate alternative for Dynamics sync](https://www.stacksync.com/zapier-alternative) | Not purpose-built |
| Jitterbit | Mid-market ERP and application integration | Not purpose-built |
| Stacksync | Real-time two-way sync between NetSuite, other ERPs, CRMs, ecommerce, databases and EDI | Purpose-built, continuous two-way sync |

THE CORE DIFFERENCE

## Flows that run on a schedule. Or state that stays in sync.

### Flow-based orchestration

- Scheduled flows run on an interval you set, 5 to 55 minutes, or on a cron schedule (per Celigo's own documentation).
- Real-time flows exist via webhook listeners, but only for the apps and events that support one, most CRM/ERP flows run on a schedule.
- Bidirectional sync means building and mapping a separate flow for each direction, not a single two-way object sync.

Stacksync

### Continuous, real-time two-way sync

- Records sync continuously as they change, so you have no scheduling window to wait out. Change detection varies by object; test your NetSuite record types in the proof of concept.
- Two-way sync is the product abstraction, not something assembled from separate flows. Conflict resolution is built in.
- No cost penalty for freshness, real-time isn't a higher tier, it's the default.

SYSTEM BY SYSTEM

## Built for the systems that run your operations.

Prebuilt integration apps are table stakes. What matters is the exact objects, triggers, and latency for the system pairs you actually run.

NetSuite ⇄ Salesforce

Celigo

Prebuilt integration app with configurable field mapping; bidirectional sync is built as separate flows for each direction, each running on its own schedule or webhook trigger.

Stacksync

Real-time, two-way sync with automatic backfill and conflict resolution, one configuration for both directions.

Shopify ⇄ NetSuite

Celigo

Prebuilt integration app covers order, customer, and inventory flows on a scheduled or on-demand cadence.

Stacksync

Continuous sync of orders, inventory, and customers with no per-flow scheduling to configure.

Salesforce ⇄ PostgreSQL

Celigo

Achievable with custom flows and the platform API, but directionality, loop prevention, and reconciliation are part of the integration you build and maintain.

Stacksync

Two-way sync, automatic backfill, and issue-level replay are first-class, managed capabilities, not something assembled from scratch.

WHY TEAMS SWITCH

## Where Stacksync makes the difference.

Transparent pricing

### Know the cost up front

Celigo's editions are quote-only, and buyer-reported spend ranges widely ($6,514–$35,988/yr, Vendr). Stacksync publishes real prices and doesn't charge more for staying fresh.

One config

### Two-way sync without two flows

Celigo bidirectional sync means building and mapping a separate flow for each direction. Stacksync ships two-way sync as a single configuration.

High volume

### Built for high-volume sync

Every Celigo flow runs on its own schedule or trigger. Stacksync is purpose-built for continuous, high-volume operational sync as one stream.

Real-time

### Real-time that's actually real-time

Celigo's default is a 5-to-55-minute scheduled interval. Stacksync syncs changes continuously, in both directions.

Predictable

### Predictable at scale

You pay for active syncs and the records you keep synchronized. Adding objects or workflows inside an app pair adds no per-flow charge.

AI-ready

### Agents on trustworthy data

Stacksync's Genies act on live, always-in-sync operational data, not a snapshot waiting on the next scheduled run.

MODULE BY MODULE

## The feature comparison, expanded.

Six areas that shape the decision. Stacksync leads on sync architecture, pricing transparency, implementation and AI-readiness; Celigo has more prebuilt integration apps, and compliance scope is comparable.

Module

Stacksync

Celigo

Sync architecture

Winner

Continuous, real-time two-way sync with native conflict resolution; change detection varies by object.

Flow-based orchestration; scheduled flows default to a 5–55 min interval, real-time flows need a supported webhook.

Pricing transparency

Winner

Published tiers, Starter, Pro, Managed Pro, Enterprise. Model the cost before a sales call.

Quote-only across Standard, Professional, and Enterprise editions; buyer-reported spend varies $6.5K–$36K/yr.

Connector ecosystem

303 connectors in the public catalog across CRM, ERP, ecommerce, database and warehouse, with two-way sync where the source allows writes.

More prebuilt integration apps (300+ by third-party estimate), though two-way sync means a separate flow per direction.

Compliance breadth

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, DPF, the certifications that matter for sync.

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA (BAA-ready), GDPR, CCPA, comparable scope to Stacksync.

Implementation & ownership

Winner

Config-first, live in days. Managed Pro adds a dedicated integration engineer and 24/7 incident response.

Fast for a prebuilt integration app template; custom flows on the low-code builder take longer and need upkeep.

AI agents & orchestration

Winner

Genies act on live, always-in-sync operational data, agents grounded in current state, not a stale snapshot.

AI-assisted flow building and integration suggestions, not positioned as a real-time layer for AI agents.

CELIGO PRICING

## Celigo pricing vs Stacksync: what each one charges for.

Celigo quotes every deal and prices its editions on endpoints and flows. Stacksync bills on active syncs (one per connected app pair) plus the records you keep in sync, and it publishes the price list. Adding a workflow inside an active sync does not add a line item, but a new app pair uses another active sync, so compare the two quotes system by system.

Stacksync bills on (Starter / Pro / Managed Pro / Enterprise)

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Active syncs | 1 / 3 / 3 / Unlimited |
| Records in sync included | 50K / 1M / 1M / Custom |
| Workflow executions | Plan allowance |

What buyers report actually paying for Celigo

| | |
| --- | --- |
| $14,787 | Median reported annual cost (Vendr, 253 purchases) |
| $6,514 – $35,988 | Reported range across buyers |
| $1,000 – $1,500/mo | Entry-level, third-party estimate |

Celigo discloses no public per-unit pricing, the editions above are names from its own pricing page, not rates. The figures here are third-party buyer-reported data (Vendr, 253 purchases) and industry estimates (Integrate.io), not numbers Celigo itself publishes. Actual cost varies by endpoint count, flow volume, and negotiated terms.

Celigo cost rises with the number of flows, endpoints and sales channels. A one- or two-flow Celigo setup may cost less than Stacksync Pro at $3,000 per month on an annual plan. Stacksync pulls ahead as flows and objects multiply inside the same app pairs. See [/pricing](https://www.stacksync.com/pricing) for the slider and how records in sync are counted.

MIGRATING FROM CELIGO

## How a Celigo migration runs.

You can run the migration with your own team or hand it to Stacksync engineers through [professional services](https://www.stacksync.com/professional-services) or the Managed Pro plan on [/pricing](https://www.stacksync.com/pricing), which puts a Stacksync team on building and maintaining your integrations. Your NetSuite, Shopify and CRM records stay where they are. Only the layer that moves data between them changes.

1. 01

   ### Inventory the flows

List every Celigo flow with its source, destination, schedule and owner. Mark which ones run in production today. Live flows move first; dormant ones often never need to move.
2. 02

   ### Triage by complexity

Group flows into simple record copies, flows with transformations, and flows with custom scripts or saved-search logic. Ship the simple and medium groups early so you see value before renewal.
3. 03

   ### Build against the NetSuite sandbox

Rebuild each group as syncs and workflows in your own Stacksync workspace, pointed at your NetSuite sandbox. Celigo keeps running production while you test.
4. 04

   ### Cut over one integration at a time

Switch each integration to production once its records reconcile, then turn off the matching Celigo flow. A weekly report shows what moved, what is in test and what is next.

### How Celigo flows map to Stacksync

| In Celigo | In Stacksync |
| --- | --- |
| A flow that copies records between two apps | A two-way sync on that app pair, with field mapping and write permissions per field |
| A pair of flows, one per direction | One two-way sync with conflict resolution |
| A flow with lookups, branching or several steps | A workflow triggered by record changes |
| A scheduled export | A continuous sync that picks up changes as they happen |
| Error queue and retries | Issues view with retry, revert and replay |

NETSUITE AND ECOMMERCE

## What changes after you move NetSuite flows off Celigo.

Teams leaving Celigo ask us about NetSuite connection limits, Shopify and Amazon coverage, and how they trace a failed record. The cards cover what Stacksync does today and where it stops.

NetSuite API limits

### Concurrency governed for you

Smart API rate limits come on every plan. Stacksync governs concurrency per endpoint so your syncs stay inside your NetSuite account's concurrency limits instead of competing for connections.

- [Fix NetSuite API rate limit errors](https://www.stacksync.com/blog/how-to-fix-netsuite-api-rate-limit)

Shopify

### Two-way Shopify and NetSuite sync

The Shopify and NetSuite connectors both read and write, so a change in either system updates the other. Each Shopify store connects with its own shop credentials; ask us how your stores map to active syncs before you compare quotes.

- [Shopify and NetSuite integration guide](https://www.stacksync.com/blog/two-way-sync-shopify-and-netsuite-comprehensive-real-time-integration-guide)

Amazon

### Amazon data for reconciliation

Amazon Seller Central connects read-only. Orders, fees and settlement events reach NetSuite so finance can reconcile deposits. Stacksync does not write listings, inventory, refunds or shipments back to Amazon.

- [Amazon Seller Central and NetSuite](https://www.stacksync.com/blog/two-way-sync-amazon-seller-central-netsuite)

Errors and logs

### Retry, revert or replay

Failed records land in the issues view, where you retry, revert or replay them. A retry uses the current source values. Log retention depends on your plan; check /pricing if your team needs longer history for audits.

- [Compare plans](https://www.stacksync.com/pricing)

EDI ON THE SAME PLATFORM

## Bring EDI into the same platform as your NetSuite syncs.

Many NetSuite teams we speak with pay Celigo for ecommerce and CRM flows and a second vendor, often SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce, for retail EDI. With Stacksync, inbound 850 purchase orders from your retailers map into NetSuite, and the 855 acknowledgments, 856 ship notices and 810 invoices you send back go out from NetSuite data, validated against each trading partner's guideline before they are sent. Both directions run through the same connectors as your other syncs, so one team watches one set of logs.

If you are under contract with SPS Commerce, Cleo, TrueCommerce or OpenText, ask whether it qualifies for the EDI migration fund; eligibility and terms are confirmed in writing. EDI pricing is not on /pricing yet, so ask for it on your demo call.

- [Stacksync EDI and the trading partner directory](https://www.stacksync.com/edi)

### Why teams choose Stacksync over Celigo

Engineering teams running business-critical sync across CRM, ERP, and databases, without a flow estate to schedule and maintain.

SOC 2 Type II certified

ISO 27001 certified

HIPAA compliant

GDPR aligned

CCPA compliant

DPF certified

Stacksync fundamentally changed how we think about data integration. We went from treating it as a necessary evil that consumed our best engineers to having it just work, reliably, at scale, in real-time. This isn't just a tool; it's a competitive advantage that lets us move faster than anyone in automotive logistics.

Alex Marinov

VP of Technology, Acertus

Before Stacksync, our sales team was drowning in unqualified leads while great opportunities slipped through the cracks. Their workflow automation didn't just speed things up, it fundamentally transformed how we identify and capture revenue. We're not faster; we're smarter.

Jean-Louis Quéguiner

CEO & Co-founder, Gladia

THE VERDICT

## Stacksync is the clear choice for operational sync.

Celigo remains a capable platform for prebuilt, template-driven business-process integration, but for the job of keeping CRM, ERP, and database records continuously consistent, Stacksync wins on architecture, cost transparency, and time to production.

Choose Stacksync Recommended

- Your central problem is keeping CRM, ERP, and database state continuously consistent, in real time.
- Records change frequently and pricing needs to stay predictable, and public, as volume grows.
- You want a managed sync running in days, not a flow estate to schedule and maintain.
- You need enterprise-grade security, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, without building and mapping a separate flow for every direction.
- You want NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and database connectivity with managed two-way sync, not assembled from separate scheduled or webhook-triggered flows.
- You're building AI agents that need to act on live, always-in-sync data, not a snapshot waiting on the next scheduled run.

Celigo may still fit if

- You need fast, prebuilt integration app templates across common SaaS applications, especially NetSuite, and can accept quote-only pricing.
- A 5-to-55-minute scheduled cadence is genuinely fine for the workflow, most CRM/ERP flows don't need real-time sync.
- Your priority is broad business-process integration across many apps rather than continuous, purpose-built operational sync.

STRAIGHT TALK

## The switch, without the confusion.

### Check the catalog before you sign

Celigo has more prebuilt integration apps. Stacksync's public catalog lists 303 connectors today. For a system that is missing, describe its API in plain English and the Connector Development Kit scaffolds the connector, or our engineers build it with you.

### Move the flows that need real time

Start with the NetSuite, CRM, ecommerce and database flows where stale records cost you orders or reconciliations. Broad business-process automation across many SaaS apps stays a Celigo strength.

### One two-way sync per app pair

A bidirectional Celigo setup means a flow for each direction. Stacksync runs both directions in one configuration with conflict resolution, and field-level write permissions decide which system owns each field.

### No scheduling window to design around

Celigo's flows run on a 5-to-55-minute interval or a webhook trigger. Stacksync runs continuous sync, so you have no schedule to configure or wait out.

FAQ

## Celigo alternative FAQ

### What are the best Celigo alternatives?

It depends on the job. Boomi and MuleSoft suit hybrid or API-led enterprise integration, Workato suits cross-department workflow orchestration, Jitterbit suits mid-market ERP integration, Power Automate suits Microsoft 365 and Dynamics shops, and Zapier, Make and n8n suit lighter task automation. Stacksync is the alternative for NetSuite-centered teams that need real-time two-way sync between NetSuite, CRMs, ecommerce, databases and EDI, with published pricing.

### Can Stacksync buy out my Celigo contract so I am not paying for two platforms?

Possibly, depending on your contract: ask whether your remaining Celigo term qualifies for a buyout, and Stacksync confirms eligibility and terms in writing. The same question applies to Boomi, Workato and MuleSoft contracts, so bring your order form to a demo call. You can also start with a guided proof of concept led by Stacksync integration engineers and keep Celigo running in production until each integration cuts over.

### How do Celigo flows map to Stacksync syncs and workflows?

A Celigo flow that copies records between two apps becomes a two-way sync on that app pair, and a pair of one-direction flows collapses into one two-way sync with conflict resolution. Flows with lookups, branching or several steps become workflows triggered by record changes. Scheduled exports become a continuous sync that picks up changes as they happen, instead of running on an interval.

### How does Stacksync pricing compare to Celigo pricing?

Celigo quotes its Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions on endpoints and flows and publishes no prices; Vendr reports a median of $14,787 a year across 253 purchases. Stacksync publishes its plans: Starter at $1,000 a month and Pro at $3,000 a month, billed annually, priced on active syncs (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro) plus records in sync. A one- or two-flow Celigo setup may cost less than Stacksync Pro. Stacksync pulls ahead as flows and objects multiply inside the same app pairs, so compare both quotes system by system.

### Can one platform replace both Celigo and our EDI provider for NetSuite?

Yes, for the retail EDI documents most NetSuite suppliers exchange: Stacksync runs EDI on the same platform as its NetSuite syncs. Inbound 850 purchase orders map into NetSuite, and the 855 acknowledgments, 856 ship notices and 810 invoices you send back go out from NetSuite data, validated against each trading partner's guideline before they are sent. If you are under contract with SPS Commerce, Cleo, TrueCommerce or OpenText, ask whether it qualifies for the EDI migration fund; eligibility and terms are confirmed in writing. Stacksync does not publish EDI pricing yet, so ask for it during a demo.

### How does Stacksync handle NetSuite API concurrency limits?

Every Stacksync plan includes smart API rate limits, and Stacksync governs concurrency per endpoint so syncs stay inside your NetSuite account's concurrency limits. Failed records go to an issues view where you retry, revert or replay them. Log retention varies by plan and is listed on the pricing page.

### Is Celigo real-time or does it run on scheduled flows?

Both, depending on the flow. Celigo's scheduled flows run on an interval you set, from 5 minutes up to 55 minutes, or on a cron schedule (per Celigo's own documentation). Real-time flows use webhook listeners, but only for the apps and events that support a webhook. Stacksync keeps records in continuous, real-time two-way sync. Change detection varies by object, so test your NetSuite record types in the proof of concept.

### We are a NetSuite partner. Can we move our clients off Celigo with Stacksync?

Yes. Stacksync works with NetSuite consultancies and system integrators through its partner program, and partners can run a Celigo migration for a client or bring in Stacksync engineers for the build. See the partners page for how the program works.
