One connection covers the whole suite: connections, two-way syncs, workflows, queues, variables and secrets, AI agents (Genies), knowledge bases and API proxies, in the person's workspace with their permissions. Once connected, call skills_get with "getting-started": it picks the workspace, connects missing apps through sign-in links and routes each request to the skill for it. Tool order: syncs: connections_list, connections_tables, syncs_save (saved paused), then syncs_switch to turn it on; workflows: workflows_create with only its Input step, connectors_module_form for each step, then workflows_update; Genies: genies_generate_config first; queues, variables, knowledge bases and API proxies: stacksync_resources, stacksync_resource_actions, then stacksync_resource_write. The difference might be a transcription error, a repacked supplier lot or the wrong attachment. Repeatedly running document extraction will not resolve that business ambiguity. The Genie should retain both values, identify the relevant receipt and supplier correspondence, and ask the authorized owner for a bounded clarification. If it does, stop treating the issue as an OCR retry. Route conflicting business identifiers to the owner who can confirm their relationship. 2. 02 Build a compact evidence comparison Show the purchase reference, internal lot, supplier lot, grade and document version together. Highlight only the values preventing a decision. Preserve links to full sources so the reviewer can inspect context without searching unrelated records. 3. 03 Obtain clarification without changing receipt history Prepare a request for the missing relationship or corrected document. Receiving may need to correct an identifier through its normal process, but the Genie should not rewrite the recorded receipt merely to make it agree with the certificate. 4. 04 Return the resolved case to quality Record the reviewer’s decision and applicable scope, then update the evidence relationship through the permitted process. Keep rejected candidates and superseded versions available for explanation.
